Salt @ YWAV

We hope that so far you’ve been having a good year. On Friday, we’ll be taking part in this new initiative called YWAV, a short, informal meeting aimed at young people up to 30 years old.

It starts at 9 p.m. and will be held at Nove winebar, in St Julian’s, and we’ll be playing during part of the meeting. The meeting’s theme (very much in keeping with this time of year) is Finding What’s “Happy” in Happy New Year.

Joe had a baby! Actually his wife, Svetlana, did. He’s called Mattia and he joins Julia, Elisa, Beppe and Thomas in the ever-increasing Salt family, God bless them.

Fosos gig called off

Due to unfortunate circumstances (rain and outdoor events don’t mix very well together) tonight’s gig at the Floriana Granaries has been called off. Thanks to all who were coming and to the organisers for inviting us. Meanwhile, we should be uploading some pictures of the previous gig once we have them.

Salt at the Fosos!

Ok, so finally we get our chance to play in Malta’s equivalent to the Wembley stadium – the Floriana Granaries!
Sort of.
We will be playing on Tuesday and Sunday at 7 pm on the main stage at the ETC Youth Days being held over the week, and we’ll be playing longer sets so you will be hearing songs which haven’t been played live in ages.
